3. Services Provided

Hotale.in provides:

Online discovery and booking of hotels, homestays, and accommodations.

Promotion of local experiences and travel activities, including services offered under LeKerala.

Information related to destinations, properties, and travel services.

Hotale acts as a booking and promotional platform and does not own properties.

4. Booking and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from the property partner.

Prices displayed on the platform are subject to change without prior notice.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways.

Hotale is not responsible for bank charges, payment failures, or gateway issues.

Once payment is completed, a booking confirmation will be issued to the user.

5.Cancellation, Refund & No-Show Policy – HOTALE.in

At HOTALE.in, we aim to provide a seamless booking experience while maintaining fairness for both guests and property partners. Please read the following policy carefully before confirming your reservation.

a. Nature of Booking

HOTALE.in operates solely as a reservation and booking facilitation platform. We do not own, manage, or operate any listed properties.

- A reservation fee is charged by HOTALE.in to confirm your booking

- The accommodation service is provided directly by the respective property

- The balance amount (unless prepaid) must be paid at the property during check-in

b. Reservation Fee (HOTALE.in Charges)

- The reservation fee paid to HOTALE.in is non-refundable under all circumstances

- This fee covers booking facilitation, platform usage, and associated services

- This fee is not part of the room tariff and is charged independently

c. Cancellation by Guest

Cancellation policies for the accommodation are determined by the respective property.

- Guests must review the property-specific cancellation policy before booking

- Any refund related to the accommodation amount (if applicable) is subject to the property’s terms

- HOTALE.in is not responsible for refund decisions made by the property

d. Cancellation by Property

In rare cases where a property cancels a confirmed booking:

- HOTALE.in will assist in finding an alternative property (subject to availability)

- If no suitable alternative is available, the reservation fee may be reviewed for refund on a case-by-case basis

- Any accommodation-related refunds remain the responsibility of the property

e. No-Show Policy

A “No-Show” refers to a situation where the guest fails to check in on the confirmed date without prior notice.

- The reservation fee paid to HOTALE.in will not be refunded

- The property may charge retention or full booking amount as per its own policy

- HOTALE.in holds no liability for charges imposed by the property in case of no-show

f. Early Departure / Modification

- Any changes to booking dates, duration, or occupancy are subject to property approval

- Refunds or additional charges (if any) will be governed by the property’s policy

- The reservation fee remains non-refundable

g. Refund Processing

- HOTALE.in does not process refunds for accommodation charges

- Any eligible refunds from properties will be processed directly by them

- Refund timelines depend on the respective property and payment method

h. Force Majeure

In events beyond control (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.):

- Resolution will depend on the property’s policy

- HOTALE.in may assist in coordination but does not guarantee refunds

i. Contact & Support

For assistance, guests may contact HOTALE.in support. We will coordinate with the property to facilitate resolution wherever possible.

By confirming a booking on HOTALE.in, you acknowledge and agree to the above terms.

Hotale reserves the right to deduct applicable service charges where applicable.

6. Responsibilities of Property Partners

Property partners listed on Hotale.in are responsible for:

Accuracy of property information.

Availability of rooms and services.

Quality of hospitality and safety standards.

Compliance with local laws and regulations.

Hotale does not guarantee the quality of services provided by property partners.

7. User Responsibilities

Users agree that they will:

Respect property rules during their stay.

Not damage property or engage in illegal activities.

Pay any additional charges incurred during the stay directly to the property if applicable.

Any disputes between users and property partners must be resolved directly between them where possible.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the website including:

Logos

Brand names

Images

Website design

Text and graphics

are the intellectual property of WandriQ Xperiences Pvt. Ltd.

Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Hotale.in shall not be liable for:

Errors in property listings.

Cancellation by property partners.

Personal injury, property damage, or loss during the stay.

Service failures caused by third parties.

Use of the platform is at the user’s own risk.
